A ritualized life is a peaceful, powerful life. An effective ritual is a balance between doing the right thing at the right time, with the right intentions.
We all need a little extra something to help us through the day... For me, that includes being up around 5 am, doing my prayers and having a cup of black coffee.

5 Easy Rituals For A Spiritually Smoother Day
- Honor the Sunrise: Life on earth is impossible without the Sun. It is our natural Father. According to Archetypal Psychology, the sun represents the Self, the ego and the soul. It also signifies the power to meet the everyday challenges that life presents.
INSTRUCTIONS:
When you first wake up, sit up in bed. Close your eyes and face east if possible. Honor the sun with this salutation;

Repeat it 16 times - Honor Your Food: Before eating or drinking anything - pause and thank and honor the people that were involved in order for this food to reach you. Before you eat or drink, while seated at the table. Honor the Earth with this salutation;

Repeat 16 times - Align With Spiritual Energy of the Day: Each day is ruled by a spiritual energy. Honor and align with the powers of the ruling energy of the day with an appropriate invocation.
