Malaika Remy-Aubin has been a member of the IFA Orisa community of Trinidad and Tobago for thirty five years. She and her family attended the United Brotherhood of Time Spiritual School, the Ile of the Late Great Isaac John Lindsay in 1982 until his transition in 1988. They then moved on to join the Kenny Cyrus Alkebulan Ile Ijuba lead by the late Iyalode Awo Agbaye Joan Cyrus. Over her years there, she underwent rites to Babaluaye, Yemoja and Osun. In 2019, she traveled to Nigeria, where she was initiated to Ifa,Osun,Olokun and recieved Aje. She is an Iyanifa and Olorisa in training.
