Welcome to the Orisa Lifestyle Activities (OLA). OLA will help you to make an important difference in your life and in the lives of the people you serve. Unlike the activities associated with the 16 Principles of Orisa Lifestyle (e.g., the body, heart, spirit and mind), the OLA are organized in a 52 week sequence. This particular format is especially helpful for helping you keep track of yourself. It also is helpful if you're part of a family or a small group, in which case you can work closely with others, but still maintain a degree of independence.
